We hope you love our products! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process as easy as possible for you.
How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to return or exchange your items. The return package must be postmarked within this 30-day period. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the receipt date will not be accepted.
Holiday Return Extension:
- We extend the return period during select periods (e.g., holidays). For orders placed between November 1–31, 2023, returns are accepted until January 31, 2024.
How Do I Make A Return?
1. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible.
2. Attach the Handwritten Return Card (including the return reason, your name, and order number) on the outside of the return package.

*Note: Returns will not be processed unless items are shipped with the correct labels. Please ensure shipping labels match the items being returned.

Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) intact.
2. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items specified as non-returnable.
3. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Exchange
Exchanges for online purchases can be completed by mailing back the original item and placing a new order, with no extra shipping fees. For support with exchanges, please contact Concierge through live chat or email.
How long I Can Get The Refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 2-5 business days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Important Notice:
1. Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package; it is not the return address and will delay processing. Use only the address provided on the Return Label.
2. Ensure you only include ASOBIO items in your return package. We are not responsible for items not purchased from ASOBIO.
