Shipping Time

All our products are shipped directly by our factories. So it may take more than 10 working days for delivery.

Shipping Time doesn’t include a 2-3 working days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

About Tariff Charges

You don't need to bear any customs fees, we will take care of all shipping services for you.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days. Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

If your package does not arrive within 14 working days after you have placed your order, you must contact our Customer Care-info@asobio.com within 5 working days.
